The latest update by the FA for returning to football can be found here.
Of signifacant importance is the guidance surrounding spectators, it states:
Spectators
No spectators are allowed at grassroots football as part of step one of the Government’s roadmap. One parent or guardian per child is permitted, where clubs and facilities can safely accommodate this and following all appropriate guidance.
For all non-competitive teams there is a requirement for at least one parent to be present at each training event and match for safeguarding; this will always be accommodated by TTFC. Where a manager and / or coach has a child in their team, the other parent or gaurdian may be present to act as the parent / gaurdian.
