Wiltshire Area Board Grant

As members will be aware, Tidworth Town Football Club is situated in great countryside surroundings but that does mean that we have no power source at the ground.
To enable us to host successful tournaments and other events at our grounds and bring in much needed funds from our tea hut, we applied to the area board for funding towards a new generator.
The grant was accepted in July 2016 which spurred on a much-needed tea hut revamp during the summer holidays.
As the new season started we had a clean and inviting tea hut, powered properly and have been able to open it when most of the teams have been at home to bring in funds.
It will also be of great benefit when we host the Jock McClorey Tournament on behalf of the Testway Youth Football League in April and for our home Tournament in June 2017.
